Hi there!

I’m so excited to share Episode 3 of my video series, All Things Delicious.

This month, it’s all about taking - and making - a summer lunch on-the-go. I’m putting together an Italian-inspired chickpea salad that’s simple, flavorful, and even better when made in advance. Then, I’m making a quick hot pepper & tomato spread that’s the perfect spicy condiment for some fresh mozzarella and coppa sandwiches.

Once everything is prepped, I’m packing up the car and heading to the famous antique market in Brimfield, Massachusetts to do some treasure hunting with friends. And then finally, it’s time to open the trunk and have a well-earned lunch!

I hope you enjoy watching this episode. We had a blast making it, and it’s gotten me so excited to bring you along on more adventures this summer.
